She was predeceased by: her husband James Maurice "Whitey" Lane; her grandson Joshua Tyler Lane; and her sister Martha Frances Dalton Casey. She is survived by: her children, Maryln Johnson (Craig) of Mount Airy and James Maurice "Jimmy" Lane, Jr (Molly) of Martinsville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Aaron Worley, Jennifer DeCosta, Renae Kendrick and Rick Lane; her great grandchildren, Alyvia DeCosta, Carlos Kendrick and Alicia Garcia; and her sisters, Gloria Bowman of Claudville, Reva Pierce (Jimmy) of Claudville, Connie Lamb of Albertville and Violet "Tina" Abbott of Mount Airy. She is also survived by two half-sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
