It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brandon France (Stuart, Virginia), born in Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Allen George Blair; his great-grandparents, Ida Mae Blair, Claris Mabe Doss and Pearl Blackard; and his great-uncle Tom Blair.
He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Blair and Derek Blackard; his brothers, Allen Gray France and Roger Alan Blackard; his grandparents, Rhonda Blair of Surfside Beach, SC, Roger and Frances Shelton of Stuart; his aunts, Jaimi Blair (Nick Stiebel) of Surfside Beach, SC and Jennifer Blair (Terry Griffith) of Mount Airy, NC; his uncle Jimmy Blackard (Terri Blackard) of Rutherfordton, NC; his close friends, Pete Law, George Law, Rudy Rogers, Sheila Cline, Dennis Reynolds and Jackie Deny; his cousin Brooklyn; and his pets, Outlaw, Dice and Callie.
