She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Justice; her children, James Odell (Marcella), Ken Justice (Andrea) and Regena Shough (James); her grandchildren, Cheryl Nance (John), Lori Bowman (Wayne), Adam Justice (Julie) and Chrissy Belcher (Eddie); and her great grandchildren, Leland Justice and Hamp Belcher.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice in Carlene's memory.
