He is survived by: his wife Carol Boothe Fain; his grandson Bailey Fain; his godson Jamie Foley of Collinsville; his sister Dovie Spencer of Patrick Springs; his siblings-in-law, Glen and Judy Boothe of Stuart; his sibling's children, Sharon Gravely (Raul) and Stevie Boothe; and his great-nephew Caleb Gravely.
