She is survived by: her daughter Mary Sue Covington McCormack; her grandson Kevin Ashworth (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Trey Ashworth (Lacey) and Kayla Dee Ann Ashworth; her great great grandchild Spencer Ashworth; her sisters, Nancy Grant, Rachel Cheatwood and Jane Shumate (Jesse); her nephew David Spencer; and her sister-in-law Peggy Jefferson.
