It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin E. Laughon (Stuart, Virginia), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Sparks and Franklin E. Laughon Sr.; and his brother Robert Sparks Laughon. He is survived by: his wife Stuart Bost Laughon; his daughters, Catherine Laughon Hughes (Pat) and Page Laughon Allende (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jay Hughes (Melissa), Stuart Hughes and Kaki Allende; his great grandchildren, Patrick and Beau Hughes; and his sister Douglas Laughon Wallace (Ray).
