He is survived by: his wife Anne Smith Cox; his children, Stephen Cox of Stuart, Wayne Cox (Danielle) of King and Leanne Cox of Patrick Springs; his grandchildren, Brittany Keyser, Sarah Cox, Ariana Beasley, Ava Cox, Aaron Cox, Hayden Childress and Devin Cox; his brother Toby Cox of Stuart; his sister-in-law Jane Cox of Stuart; Dianna Vipperman, Mike Vipperman of Spencer, Mary Alice and Dempsey Payne of Stuart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Five Forks Wesleyan Church, 3778 Salem Hwy., Stuart, Virginia 24171.
