He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Harbour and Audna Hylton Harbour; and his sisters, Dora Conner and Helen Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Susan W. Harbour; his children, Keith (Debbie Harbour), Kevin (Tammy Harbour) and Renae; his son-in-law Kevin Wilkerson of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Amanda Collins (Jeremy), Brandon Handy, Matthew Odell (Katie), Talor Goins (Ben), Ryan Wilkerson and Keidon Harbour; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Sawyer, Asher Odell, Parker and Aubree Collins; his brother Howard Harbour of Woolwine; and his pet Evie.
Following Covid19 regulations, a memorial service will be held Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Danny Gilley officiating. Burial will be private.
