He is survived by: his wife Hazel DeHart Dollarhite; his sons, Gerald Hunter Dollarhite of Floyd and Kevin Scott Dollarhite (Tracey); his grandchildren, Laura Ann Conover (Nick), Matthew Hunter Dollarhite (Elizabeth) and Amber Nicole Dollarhite; his great grandchild Alyssa Kaye Sample; and his siblings, Stella Hopper of Eden, NC, Novella Meadows of Spencer, Mary Arlene Odell of Bassett and Bernie Lee Dollarhite of Stuart.
