James Cecil Hall Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Cecil Hall of Stuart, Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Cecil Hall to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lettie Sue Hill Hall and Walter Grady Hall; his wife Barbara Willard Hall; and his siblings, Dorothy Hall Pegram, Marshall Hall, Robert Hall and Ray Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Hall Rorrer (Mike) of Stuart, VA and Jeanie Hall Clark (Randy) of Stuart, VA; his sister Mary Ann Hall Harger of Walnut Cove, NC; and his grandchildren, Matt Rorrer (Sherry), Ryan Rorrer (Yvonne), Wes Rorrer and Katelynn Clark. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Due to the covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed.
