He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Light Biggs; his siblings, Garland Wayne Biggs, Herbert Biggs, Junior Henry Biggs and Easter Myrtle Biggs; his daughter Henrietta Biggs; and his stepson Donald Clay Light.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Ellis Biggs (Linda) of Critz, VA and Richard (Edward Biggs); his stepsons, Billy Hopkins Light of Collinsville, VA, David Raymond Light of Stuart, VA and Francis Allen Williams of Texas; his sisters, Catherine Biggs Harris, Dorothy Pauline Biggs Martin of Patrick Springs, VA, Brenda Faye Biggs Pack of Stuart, VA and Mary Magdalene Biggs Lewis of Fitzgerald, GA; his stepdaughter Betty Light Martin (Bobby) of Lawsonville, NC; and his brother Bobby C Biggs of Georgia.
