He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lawrence Joyce; his grandparents, Jess Smith and Virginia Smith; his aunt Ruby Goad; and his uncle Glen Smith.
He is survived by: his aunt Linda Nelson (Dewey) of Ararat; and his uncles, Carl Smith (Zettie) of Abingdon and Marvin Smith of Cana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
