She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Osborne Clark and Beulah Mae Blevins Clark; and her brother Willie Blevins. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon (Joe Cochran); her grandchildren, Joshua, Wendy Cochran and Jennifer Cochran (Jared Sells); her sister Marine; her sibling's children, Sandy Church and Tony Blevins (Kenny Woodie); and her great-nephew Marcus Church.
