He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin, Maude Jolly Billings, Avery and Belle Burcham. He is survived by: his son Jerry Lee; his daughter-in-law Mary Beth Burcham, Jr.; his daughter Crystal Diane Burcham (Daniel Lineberry); his grandchildren, Lacey Shyanne Lineberry, Ryker Lee Burcham and Elizabeth Drew Burcham; his sisters, Judy Carol Sweat, Mary Burcham Barton, Sandra Louise Clark and Patricia Ann Gallimore; and his close friends, Ron Hass, Sissy and Jim Farmer.
