He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Guynn and Bessie McMillian Guynn; his sons, Donnie Guynn and Neal Guynn; his stepson Robert Milligan; his former wives, Dorothy Mae Stillwell Guynn and Bobbie Ann Milligan Guynn; and his sisters, Hallie Guynn, Laura McCall and Bernice Worrell.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Comer Guynn; his children, Ronnie Guynn, Bobbie Lackey, Bonnie Snodgrass, Tammy Bowles, Regina McAdams, Richard Milligan, Jimmy Milligan and Rosetta A. Sprinkle; his stepsons, James Ray Dean and John Wayne Dean; and his siblings, Grover Guynn and Lannie Guynn. He is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren; one step-grandchild; thirty-three great-grandchildren.
