He is survived by: his wife Diane Cassady Foley; his son Milton Ray Foley of Stuart; his grandchildren, Matthew Blake Foley and McKenzie Grace Foley; and his siblings, Judy Elgin of Woolwine, Mike Foley of Stuart and Jerry Foley of Alabama.
