We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2021, at the age of 88, John Peter Via (Stuart, Virginia), born in Wentworth, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Barnard Via and Bertha Luvada Money Via; his wife Fern Hylton Via; his sister Joan Elizabeth Craddock; and his stepbrother Gene Money.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Paul Craddock and Sharon Moser. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor's choice.
