He is survived by : his parents, Shane Collins and Traci Collins; his brother Tyler; his sister-in-law Chelsea Collins; his nieces and nephews, Trenton and Dally; his brother Blake; his sister-in-law Stefanie Collins; his nieces and nephews, Karleigh, Katelyn and Logan; his grandfather Don Cannoy; and his close friends, Donell Williams, Dylan and Ryan Martin.
