He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Marshall and Viola Dalton Marshall; his wife Glinda "Paulette" Belcher Marshall; and his siblings, Nancy Harris, Mack Marshall, Charlie "Bud" Marshall and Early "Pete" Marshall.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Carolyn Marshall) and Jerry (Ashley Marshall); his grandchildren, Allyson, Andrea, Charles, Morgan, Michael Jr., Karleigh, Kaleb, Hailey, Nikki and Sophia; his great grandchild Charlie Grace; and his sisters, Annie Boyd of Vesta, Virginia Howell of Vesta, Dorothy Agee of Meadows and Sue Webb of Willis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
