She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Sam" Wilson King and Jettie Mae Gammons King; her husband Arthur Ray "Tom Cox; her great grandchild Kolten Embry Lane; and her siblings, Mamie Nugent, Mary Etta Cook, Gladys Metheny, Garland King, Carlos King, Claude Elmer King, Harvey King, Percy King, Willie King and Aldie King.
She is survived by: her sons, Donnie (Debbie Cox) and Ronnie (Julia Cox); her granddaughters, Breanna Cox and Amanda (Will Lane); her great grandchildren, Elijah Kolt Lane and Payton Elise Lane; and her sisters, Arlene Chitwood and Lena Conley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
