He was predeceased by: his parents, Brockley Goad and Addie Martin Goad; and his brother Jessie Goad. He is survived by: his wife Peggy DeHart Goad; his sister Mildred Hall of Stuart; and his sister-in-law Linda DeHart Turner of Stuart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
