He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonce Pack and Minnie Dalton Pack Haley; his children, Vicki Michele Pack Pate and Barry Phillip Pack; his stepfather Russel Haley; and his siblings, Virginia, Mary, Mildred, Howard, Walter and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Marie P. Pack; his granddaughter Kelly; and his brother George of Martinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
