He was predeceased by: his brother Francis Maddy. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lotts Maddy; his son Jonathan Maddy (Kristy); his stepsons, Ashley Pritchard (Cheryl) and Sheldon Pritchard; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Alex and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ava and Austin; and his sisters, Dolores Shifflett and Betty Osborne.
