She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Russell Fulcher and Julia Feazell Fulcher; and her siblings, Calvin, Junior, H. Glenn Fulcher, Mary Elizabeth Fulcher, Elma Gilley, Lucille Wyatt and Sallie Jane Law.
She is survived by: her siblings, Samuel Henry Fulcher of Collinsville and Gladys Collins of Patrick Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
