She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian I. Gilbert and Lizzie Dalton Gilbert; and her siblings, Melvin Gilbert, Dale Gilbert, Cornelia Gilbert and Doris Collins.
She is survived by: her son Ronald; her daughter-in-law Ruth Wilson of Stuart; her granddaughters, Pam Wright (Adam) and Rhonda Marshall (Danny); her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Seth and Joshua Wright; and her sister Blanche Gilbert of Roxboro.
