He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duncan Gregory and Mary Alice Massey Gregory; his wife Mary Audrey Fain Gregory; and his siblings, Columbus, Ralph, Jesse, James, Paul, Guy Gregory, Kathleen Gunter, Lessie Thomason, Myrtle Gregory, Eleanor Gunter and Daisy Byrd.
He is survived by: his sons, Harold (Donna Gregory) and David (Melissa Gregory); and his grandchildren, Lou Arden Vernon (Lee), Alice Pendergrass (Stephen), Collin Gregory, Tanya Gregory, Kristin Gregory and Dustin Gregory. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
