We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 71, Wayne Peter Bowman of Stuart, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hampton Bowman and Mattie Nunn Bowman of Virginia; his granddaughter Angel Dawn Bowman; and his sister-in-law Hilda Bowman. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Tbear and Santa Claus; his wife Lorna Cruise Bowman; his children, J. H. Bowman (Crystal Tilley Bowman) of Lawsonville, NC, Cathy (Jim Greer) and Brian Bowman of Stuart; his grandchildren, Tyler James Bowman (Corinne), Jayden Thalli Bowman and Addison Pressley Bowman; his great grandchild Charlotte Alexandra Bowman of Elmer James; and his brothers, Charles Bowman of Stuart and Clarence Bowman (Joann) of Lexington, NC.. He is also survived by children, amazing grandchildren and his beautiful, precious great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 730 E. Church St, Suite 13, Martinsville, VA 24112.
