He is survived by: his wife Darlene Boyce; and his children, Wiley Boyce (Kim) of Stella, NC, Keeley Boyce of Carteret County, NC, Cody, Jasper, Lilly and Billy Joe. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two sisters and a brother.
