He is survived by: his children, Deborah Hazen of Bedford, IN, Willie Tracy Willard of Stuart and Floyd J. Willard of Stuart; his granddaughter Michelle Hazen-Scank (A. J.) of Terre Haute, IN; his sisters, Ruby Foley of Stuart and Lucy Willard of Stuart; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Willard of Bassett and Maxine Willard of Newport, NC.
