He is survived by: his wife Sarah Walker Milteer; his children, Anthony Milteer (Barbara) of Hampton, VA, Albert Milteer of Suffolk, VA and Elizabeth Whitfield of Suffolk, VA; his siblings-in-law, Jeremiah Walker of Berea, KY, Elsie Milteer of Suffolk, VA, Bessie Corneilson of Berea, KY and Alma Louise of Lexington, KY; his stepsister Louvenia White of Suffolk, VA; and his daughter-in-law Carmen Milteer of Suffolk, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
