He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Taylor Jenkins and Mary Jessie Linebaugh Jenkins; his wife Barbara Joyce Dykes; and his son Brandon T. Jenkins. He is survived by: his sons, Justin T. Jenkins (Lori) of Polk City, FL and Patrick R. Jenkins (Kylie) of Vista, CA; and also, Susan D. Jenkins of Chesapeake, VA, Madison, Hans, Glenn, Megan, Autumn, Wynter, Ashley, Matthew, Aiden, Kimberly, Parker, Amelia and Charles "Tripp".
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Great Bridge United Methodist Church (201 Stadium Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23322). The inurnment will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
