She is survived by: her children, JoeAnna Smith, Judy Griggs (Gary), Alice Musselman and Carroll Thomas Ellis; and her brother Thomas Lewis (Anna). She is also survived by 7 step children; 9 grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
