He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Harcum Duke and Harvey Carr Duke; and his daughter Jennifer Lynn Duke. He is survived by: his wife Amy Jeannette; his daughter Suzanne Hyatt; his grandson Jefferson Troy Hyatt; his son Jason Duke (Chris); his granddaughters, Grace and Shelby Duke; his sisters, Phyllis Duke Benton (Linwood) and Carolyn Duke Dunn; his sister-in-law Cathy Huband (Gary); his siblings' children, Jennifer Huband, Sandi Plasters (Mike), Shelley McGinness (Pat), Allison Roth (David) and Andy Dunn (Andrea); and his pet Murphy.
