He was predeceased by : his wife Billie Sue Fee of Harlan, KY; his parents, Stanley Fee of Yancy, KY and Martha Fee of Yancy, KY; and his siblings, Frances Surber, Stanley Fee Jr., Claude Fee, Florence Kaylor and Keith Fee.
He is survived by : his children, Richard Wayne Fee of Carrollton, VA, Michael Scott Fee of Gloucester, VA, Kellie Michelle Goodman of Hampton, VA and Paula Denise Casion of Carrollton, VA; and his siblings, Kenneth Fee, Kathleen Lambert, Kirby Fee, Katherine Jordan, Kenton Fee, Kernie Fee and Sue Owens.
Due to Covid complications no memorial service or funeral is planned until further notice.
