He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary G. Outlaw Blizzard and Otis L. Blizzard; his wife Dollie W. Blizzard; his son Phillip V. Blizzard; and his siblings, Estella M. Blizzard, Richard L. Blizzard and Louis O. Blizzard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis B. Brogdon (Lester), Connie Hunter and Dawn Norman; his siblings-in-law, Aaron L. White and Emma J. White; and his sibling's children, Frances B. White, Mary Estelle Goodman, Elizabeth Keller, Mildred Harrell, Lucloce Williams, Jr. and Tyrone Williams. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
