It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Lewis Tann of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William L. Tann, Jr. and Linda Milteer Tann of Portsmouth; his wife Lucy Skeeter Tann of Suffolk; his stepchildren, Lenisha Skeeter and Lennell Skeeter of Suffolk; his grandchildren, Jaylen Skeeter, Jamauri Skeeter, Jakaylen Skeeter and Londyn Jones; his sisters, Tracey Pope (Ronald) and Wanda O'Loughlin (Steven); and his close friends, Andre Johnson, Robert Goode and Richard Bracey. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins.
