He is survived by: his children, Brandi Forrester (Kevin), Christian Brintle and Ethan Stevens; his grandchildren, Hunter Forrester and Seraphina Forrester; his siblings, Teresa Hensley, Barry Martin and Tony Martin (Sherry); his siblings' children, Heather, Ann, Hayley, Benjamin, John and Austin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee, Carson and Shelby.
