He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Spencer and Hattie Pearl Nichols Brintle; his wife Peggy Juanita Frye Brintle; and his siblings, Frank Brintle, Hugh Brintle, Garld Brintle, Max Brintle, Joe Brintle, Johnnie Mae Wackerman, Jack Brintle, Betsy Hutchens and Don Brintle.
He is survived by: his brothers, Blaine Brintle (Sue) and Harry Brintle; and his children, Steve Brintle (Ann), Phillip Brintle (Norma), Sharon Perry (Timothy) and Sunni Brintle. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
