She was predeceased by : her former life partner Glenn Riggs; her siblings, Evelyn Adams Collins and Bobby Adams; her nephew Gary Collins; and her niece Judy Collins Bell.

She is survived by : her son Dennis Riggs (Gayle Vogler Riggs) of Dobson; her granddaughters, Tamra Riggs of Gastonia and Angela Riggs Danel (Frankie Danel II) of Guthrie Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Dakota Riggs of Frankie Danel and Hunter Danel; her stepchildren, Doug Perkins (Pam), John Perkins (Jeanne), Jeff Perkins (Becky) and Kathy Branch Husband Allen; her siblings, Virginia Adams Stroud (Jack) of Elkin, Charles Adams of Winston Salem, Don Adams of Dobson and Fred Adams (Sandra); and her significant other Benji. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
