He was predeceased by : his mother Betty Jo Huffman Henshaw. He is survived by : his daughter Tiffany Henshaw; the parent of his child Jeimy Henshaw; his father David L. Henshaw, Sr.; his siblings, Jo Ann Johnson (Jesse), Laura Avery (Mike) and Greg Henshaw (Ashley); his nieces and nephews, Melissa Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Forrest Avery and Madilyn Henshaw; and his friend Todd Hodnett. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
