He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Butler and Vera Robertson Butler; his wife Frances Moore Butler; his brother Howard Butler; and his stepson Harold Woodson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Charles Woodson (Jeanette) of Yanceyville, NC and Nancy McBride of Danville, VA; and his stepdaughter-in-law Chrys Woodson.
Due to COVID restrictions and guidelines, attendees are asked to wear a mask and practice social distasting.
