He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman John White and Lola Mae Dye White; his wife Bonnie Louise White; his siblings, Phyllis Ann White Vandyke and Bobby J. White; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Annette White and Alicia White.
He is survived by : his daughter Deborah Lee White Hayes (Larry) of Swords Creek, Virginia.; his grandsons, Nathan Hayes (Danielle) and Matthew Lee Hayes (Lisa); his great grandchild Halle Brooke Hayes; his brothers, James Tolbert White (Jean) of Abingdon, Perry L. White of Swords Creek and Roger White of Roanoke, Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred White and Thomas Vandyke.
