She is survived by : her mother Jeanette Michael Stacy of Hurley; her husband Kenneth Lee Horton; her children, Rachael Hart (Brandon) of Honaker and Jacob Horton; and her siblings, Brenda Shockley of Delaware and Lee Shortt of Michigan.
