He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellis Engram and Audrey Conner Ingram; his son Ellis J. Ingram, III; his stepdaughter Rita Rife Dotson; and his sister Hilda Ingram.
He is survived by : his wife Emma Ingram; his children, Brad Rife, Regina Hurley (Sam) and Priscilla Ramey; his siblings, Charles Ingram, David Ingram, Clara Ingram, Hilda Martin and Mary Gregory; and his close friend Denise Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
