She was predeceased by : her parents, Estil Lee and Verdie Mae Coleman Martin; her husband Jorold Perkins; and her son William Ashby Perkins. She is survived by : her sons, Aaron Perkins (Seretta) of Honaker and Daniel Perkins (Shonna Horn) of Swords Creek, Virginia; her siblings, Patsy Martin (Bob) of Swords Creek, Virginia and Michael Martin (Alice) of Honaker, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Lucas Perkins, Catherine Perkins, Jaclyn Perkins and Seretta Hunt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions mandated by the governor, a mask is required.
