She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Smarr and Docia F. Pruitt Smarr; her husband Freddie Lewis Wheatley, Jr.; her daughter Heather Wheatley Dise; her siblings, Charles "Butch" Smarr, Donna Parks and Patricia Ann Parks; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra King, Ernest Ed Parks and Gary Pusey.
She is survived by: her daughter Jenny Dise (Dan) of Tangier; her granddaughter Alyssa McCready (Isaiah); her great grandchildren, Evan and Roman McCready of Woodland, NC; her grandchildren, Castella "Cassie" Dise of Harrisonburg, VA and Daniel Dise of Tangier; her sisters, Lisa Pusey of Westover, Rhonda Parks of Salisbury, Nicole Parks of Salisbury and Ashley Parks of Salisbury; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Parks of Westover, Bryan "Spanky" King of Tangier, Matt Wheatley of Princess Anne and Wanda Smarr of Baltimore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
