He is survived by: his sons, Chris Hayes (Chawanta), Chad Hayes (Logan), Aubree, Blair, Knox and Dalton; his mother Sally Mary Hayes; his siblings, Jean Paulk (Donald), John Hayes, Jr. (Mai), James Hayes (Diana), Jerry Hayes (Darlene), Jackie Haggblom (George), Janice Toner (Tom), Joseph Hayes (Tina), Janet Corcoran (Chris) and Jeff Hayes; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Otto (Monroe), Karen Matthews (Craig) and Amy Newby; and also Presleigh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
