We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 71, Sherwood Hampton Campbell Jr. of Tappahannock, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Sherwood Hampton Campbell, Sr.; and his grandmother Elizabeth Reed. He is survived by : his mother Ruby Jane Reed Campbell; his wife Evy; his daughters, Sara Campbell Orem (Taylor) and Kelly Campbell Whitlock (Lee); his grandchildren, Keegan, Finley, Fischer and Porter; his brother Michael Campbell (Kay); his niece Ella; and his nephew Adam.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Woody's community spirit by making a donation in his loving memory to the Rappahannock Boosters, 6914 Richmond Road, Warsaw, VA. 22572.
