Alice Marie Dye Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Marie Dye of Tazewell, Virginia, born in Horsepen, Virginia, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John George Ball and Mary Emerine Marrs Ball; her husband John Lee Dye; and her sisters, Thelma Welch, Vernie Price and Flora Bledsoe.
She is survived by : her brother John Ball (Bina) of Abbs Valley, VA; and her children, James Darrell (Judy) of Venezuela, Dorothy Lee Ramsey (Skip) of Hansonville, VA, Edward Allen (Cheryl) of Castlewood, VA and Vernie Marie Bridgeforth (Brian) of Bristol, TN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid-19 risks and restrictions, if you cannot attend, the family certainly understands, and if you can attend they welcome you and ask that masks and social distancing be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you instead do a good deed, kindness, or even adopt a Senior Citizen in her honor.
