He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Wagner and Peggy Mullins Wagner; his sister Diana Matney; and his pet Sissy. He is survived by : his siblings, Betty Blankenship of Moyock, NC, Wilma Thomas of Troutman, NC, Kenneth Wagner of North Tazewell, VA, Carol Davidson of Hickory, NC, Tommy Wagner of Patrick Springs, VA and Brenda K. Ward of Tazewell, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
